  •   Birria**, Carnitas**, Shredded Beef**, Steak Picado, Chicken Poblano**, Chicken Fajitas, Steak Fajitas, Chile Verde (pork), Chile Colorado (beef), Fish Filet Veracruz, Shrimp Ceviche, Crab Ceviche, Fish Ceviche (Mojarra or Tilapia)

** You will receive the exact same restaurant quality, with the leanest and freshest ingredients.

We have an awesome little secret, The Ultimate Taco Bar, to display fresh handmade corn tortillas as your guests visit with our attendants, they will witness the quality and happy service we bring to the occasion. This is specific for an outside event and is usually for a minimum of 40 guests*. Should you want to display more varieties, we can provide any items in half trays.
