Young Members Can Get Involved in the
Renaissance Lodge!
A committee of young members including professionals is being organized by the
OCAIRF on behalf of the Renaissance Lodge. It has been apparent that the Lodge
monthly business meetings may not meet the needs of younger members.
By joining the committee and getting involved younger members will have an
opportunity to organize and develop programs of interest. Hopefully this will
boost the involvement of newer younger members.
According to Andy Pampuro, chairman of OCAIRF and Tom Rizzo, president, we
want to offer involvement for younger members to the point where they are
learning more about Italian traditions and heritage. The Sons of Italy and the
OCAIRF do many good things and it is up to the younger members to keep the
organization going strong in the future and continue what we’ve done for so
long. By developing new programs to meet the younger generation’s interests we
can accomplish this.
