Living in The Spiritual Zone – 10 steps to Forgiveness and the Life you Want”.  He is currently touring the UK and Canada.  He came to Orange County one weekend in August  to give a seminar which I attended.   I feel blessed to have made his acquaintance again and impressed that he remembered details of our first meeting since it had been almost two years ago.   During the seminar I noticed Gary’s glowing personality and loving energy.  He is a rising star and he shines!  He discussed the content of his book Living in The Spiritual Zone – 10 steps to Forgiveness and the Life you Want” where once again he impressed me with a kind heart and supportive manner.    Selecting a member of the audience he led her through one of the exercises that he describes in his book.  The exercise wasn’t easy and although the audience member seemed uncomfortable and wanted to give up she didn’t because of Gary’s encouragement and use of the audience to help coach the audience member into her own realization.  The point was made and we all felt like winners.  This is the format of Gary’s book, basically, a step-by-step guide to living in the spiritual zone using examples from real people he has coached.  He explains how the choices and beliefs we make are based in fear, negativity and self doubt:  qualities that actually move us away from the spiritual zone and lead us to where we don’t want to be.  He helps people formulate their goals and focus on their end results.  It’s an amazing process and has certainly worked for Gary himself and countless others he has coached.  The people he uses as examples in his book are ones we can identify with to some degree.  It’s fascinating to follow his clients through their transformational process under Gary’s loving guidance and tools to experience our greatness.
