I need to make this perfectly clear I was never looking for sex with children or even a young adult. I was only interested in meeting woman in her late 30's to late 40's. That is the real facts. I never ever believed the incident in 2000 ever involved real children at anytime. The fact is simple at no time did I ever intend to have any kind of sex or conversation with a child. I knew I was talking to an adult and highly suspected I was talking to several adults.

All you really have to do is look at what happened exactly and not a version told by the media. Why else do you think the police in San Diego and in Idaho (retired San Diego Police Captain as sheriff) ensure destruction of my computers an only present their version of conversations. Once they destroyed my computers there was no physical way left to prove I was innocent. All that was left was the real history of my life, the lie detector tests I passed giving the actual truth, (but never publically revealed). They mind raped my children and exposed my 14 year old daughter to their real perverted imaginations and conversations.

For almost 12 years now people that I thought were the closest in my life have chosen to believe what the have heard or read in the media. Needless to say I don't think they close to me at all and I have learned they were closer to my money that use to have than to me personally.

If you have to judge me please try to consider the facts in my life, the fact that I proved my statements by 4 lie detector tests, the police destroyed my property / the only evidence to prove me innocent. Also try to take into consideration that in 12 years the only negative things said about me were by Vice Police Officers.

Just try to at least ask me at least one question and get an answer from me and not a media report if you feel you have to make a judgment of any kind.

Simple Facts to Consider Instead of Rumors and Other's Imaginations

I went through two very intensive special background investigations to obtain a top secret security clearance. The investigations were conducted by dozens of federal investigators around the globe with people I had daily contact with since my 18th birthday.

I passed 4 lie detector tests that I was telling the truth when I made statements that I was innocent and was pressured into a false confession.

At what point can I be judged by the actual facts of my life and not the corrupt / perverted imaginations of a hand full of police officers who know full well there are no victims in my life at all.

All I have ever actually done in my life that was wrong was attempt adultery with a 36 year old woman when I was 44.

Prior to that attempted adultery I had a perfect record of simply serving my country and my communities.

Since 2000 my record has remained exactly the same serving my country and my communities.

The last charge which seems to change every month is based on raising the US Flag on a school campus with LA County Sheriffs, California Highway Patrol, and US Air Force personal with all of us in uniforms. The event was in honor of Veteran's Day 2010 and hero's week at the school.

I have lived in the same apartment complex now for 9+ years and not one family or person in this complex can say anything bad about me in support of anyone's imagination.

How can the Sheriff's department, school board officials, and school officials make very public statements of completely false charges on television, radio, newspapers and their own publications and it not be libel and slander? How can they legally insight public opinion to harm myself and my family? How can the sheriff's department refuse to respond to protect my 6 and 8 year old when they are confronted by outraged adults and other students because of the lies that were told about me? Has Los Angeles County, California actually approved and state sponsored hate crimes, lynch mobs, and a revival of the Salem Witch Trials?

Why am I presumed guilty of what happens inside the imaginations of other people?

With all the international, national, and local news regarding me personally there has not been a single person to accuse me of any wrong doings from harassment all the way to actual abuse. I passed 4 lie detector tests and even DA's making statements in court that they can find nothing or no one to testify against me in anything that I can't be presumed innocent before a trial? If you look at any other case there have been many victims come forward to add to the current charges of abuse in the past, but not in my case.

It would appear that public opinion about me is like the popular opinions of UFOs. Meaning that regardless of the facts and statements of truth people are simply going to believe in UFOs and the government is going to either make me guilty in the public's eye or force me once again into another false confession.

I did one false confession in my life! NO ONE is going to get another one from me as long as I can draw breath! Especially for raising the US Flag in uniform in honor of Veteran's Day.

My Friends and Family

I seemed to have lost any hope of a Facebook account, someone out there along with the Facebook Nazis have come up with a special just lock John policy out. I give up. I know I was critical of the Veterans Administration and the current presidential administration. I did not know that Facebook would no longer tolerate free speech if not with in their own political views. I have never saw anything at all on Facebook that would have or even does say I can not have an account.

The problem is basic, there are many retarded people in this world that know nothing other than what they are told to believe. People who know me at all know what to believe from their own ability to think for themselves.

Are You Really Ready for the Truth?

I intend to exercise my freedom of speech on this web site now and hopefully get it shared on an even wider basis. I have a lot of truth to tell and please remember the basics about the truth. The truth is and always will be the truth regardless if no one wants to believe it. A lie is also a lie even if everyone believes it. The basics can never change!

In the coming weeks I fully intend to speak the truth and have it for the world to read even if they are or are not on Facebook!

Personally I only have one desired outcome, and that is people if I have to be judged that I be judged for what I have actually done in my 55 years of life, not what a handful of strangers say in their opinion what I was thinking about what they wanted to talk about.

Seems fair to me, a person should be judged only by their individual actions not what people think an individual may have been thinking, especially about someone every one knew especially me did not even exist.

For 55 years I have lived a real honest life committing no harm to anyone in any fashion and those are the simple and cold hard facts. Any problems that have occurred were based on someone's thoughts against me nothing at all I ever did.

God and I may be the only ones ever to know that to be true.   Then again, who else could I ever ask that would be a better in my corner than God?
